Other Notes
The 2022 season started with a very wet and variable spring before and during flowering, resulting in small bunches and reduced yields across most sites. However, the exceptional summer and autumn months that followed provided perfect ripening conditions that generated great concentration and striking flavours across all varieties.

Winemaker Notes
This parcel of fruit was harvested in the early morning to preserve its cool temperature, then transported to the winery where it rested overnight in our cool room. The fruit was then gently whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel tanks to settle for 24 hours before being racked into select French oak barrels where it was aged for 11 months and underwent natural malolactic fermentation.
