Lovely lemon drop persistence, gentle gooseberry and white flowers fill the glass. A generous mid palate with a textural drive and chewiness on the finish.

Pristine brightness on the nose, the fruit is vibrant and has some floral and sherbert notes. The palate is complex with brioche, marzipan and has finesse and persistence.

Green mango and pawpaw along with some herbaceous notes offer intrigue. The fruit is light on its feet and driven by a saline mineral drive.

Great colour. Bright fresh kiwi fruit and gooseberry notes on the nose followed by some softness and spice. The plate is textural with great acid drive and length. One of our favourite aged Pinot Gris from the tasting.

Glazed cherry and spice with a concentrated and blush palate.  A perfume edge carries the sweet fruit and and joins the sticky tannins.

Tar and roses on the nose, combines with some juicy, sweet fruits across the palate. Fruitcake spice is lifted and the darker fruit profile gains interest along the way.

A subdued nose that opens up with time. Dried strawberry and red fruits add to the fleshy palate and fine tannins.

Fennel seed, dark cherry and floral surround this fresh and vibrant palate. A lovely grip of tannins on the finish holds the wine in a balanced and lovely position.

Wonderful fruit sweetness, weight and persistence holds its own and offers some lovely charm to this wine.

An interesting wine that sets itself apart from a flavour composition. Stone fruit is accompanied by notes of curry leaf and umami.  A savoury textural palate and finish.

A well rounded wine that shows great concentration and balance. The drive compliments the fruit weight and the notes of nectarine and citrus only provide satisfaction and enjoyment.

A beautiful sweet fruit profile full of redcurrant, black cherry and vanilla bean spice. The velvety tannins accentuate the palate and compliment the fruit length and detail that is so agreeable on this.

Fresh curry leaf and herbaceous notes followed by delightful fruits of peach and grapefruit throughout the palate. Some pops of toasted hazelnut continue along the way adding to the texture, fine grip and good length.

Exotic notes of custard apple with underlying spice. The palate is fine and focused, with a great deal of finesse and complex layers supporting the incredible length.

A zingy fresh vibrant lift on the nose featuring orange and citrus peel. Some firm phenolics work well with the spice and some lovely fruit weight gives a consistent depth of flavour.

Lifted guava, apple and lemon rind. A continuous stream of flavours from white flower to custard combine to form a focussed and finely driven wine that has so much appeal and satisfaction.

White flower with hints of caramel on the nose. Good fruit weight and persistence with a lovely line and mineral chalky drive.

With 100% whole bunch on this wine we are met with some interesting notes of orange zest, negroni and spice. The tannins are firm tannins and complete with a tight grip to finish

A mixture of spices of sumac and black mustard seed sit alongside the underlying mocha and dark fruits present. A tight and structured Pinot Noir that delivers on grip and presence.

Red fruits, blood plum and tomato hints fill the nose before leading into some mulberry fruits and chewy tannins. This structure is firm but hold great presence.

Sweet perfume and red sour cherry pip are complemented by the edgy tannin and structured line that define this wine's profile. The fruit is fine and present, offering a pretty edge with a lovely grip to finish.

Persimmon, marmalade and some mint work their way in to a more darker fruit profile with a spicy and dusty mulberry tinge. An earthiness takes over the tannin and compliments the sweet fruits. 

Plum leather and pot puree floral spice dominate an aromatic and interesting nose. The fruit follows through the palate giving generosity that is then moulded with a firm tannin grip.

Some herbal notes on the nose alongside dried red currant and sundried tomato. The acid is present and adds to the moorish finish.

Some leather, fig and liquorice aromas greet us in the glass. The tannins still hold quite a lot of grip that outweighs the fruit sweetness.

A savoury and meaty wine with dark fruits and a silky slippery tannin profile. Liquorice notes drive through the palate and are agreeable with the integrated profile.
