This Winter Wine Weekend, explore the diversity and character of the Mornington Peninsula through four curated wine flights, available exclusively in the restaurant. Each flight offers a unique perspective on the region’s vineyards and varietals:

THE WINEMAKER EXCHANGE: HURLEY
6.30pm Friday 6 June
Join longtime friends and acclaimed Mornington Peninsula winemakers Kevin Bell (Hurley Vineyard) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special evening of food and wine, showcasing the distinctive personalities of their respective vineyards.
Through an exploration of Mornington Peninsula subregional terroir, Martin and Kevin will present a selection of current and cellar release wines across six courses, sharing personal insights into site, vintage and philosophy — and reflecting on a shared journey of craftsmanship, place, and friendship.

THE WINEMAKER EXCHANGE: POLPERRO

Join Sam Coverdale (Polperro) and Martin Spedding (Ten Minutes by Tractor) for a special lunch celebrating the ‘Up the Hill’ vineyards of the Mornington Peninsula.
Featuring current vintage wines from both estates including single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - this is a unique opportunity to explore the nuance and structure of these cool-climate sites, guided by two of the region’s winemakers.

Step into our cellar for a curated tasting that offers a rare glimpse into the evolution of Ten Minutes by Tractor wines. This special Winter Wine Weekend experience showcases a selection of back vintages and limited-release wines, drawn from our museum collection and not normally available for tasting.
Guided by our knowledgeable team, you’ll explore how site, season and time have shaped these wines — with insights into the aging potential of our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the stories behind each vintage.
